What delivery options do you offer?
All orders are shipped  using Royal Mail Signed For delivery and should arrive within 3 working days of dispatch. You will receive an email from us when your order has been packed and is on its way. Proof of posting will be obtained for all shipped orders and will be available upon request. 
In the event that you experience a problem with your delivery please email hello@catfordgin.com and we’ll look into this for you as soon as possible.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is £2.95 

Can I cancel my order or change the delivery address after placing an order?
This is not always possible due to the speed of the dispatch service so please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@catfordgin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
