Catford Gin Catnip White Negroni

Are you not too sure about the Negroni hype? Do you find them just a little *too* bitter?

If you're not quite there yet with the traditional Negroni, we think you should try our Catnip White Negroni! White negronis are more fragrant and fresh than the classic negroni. The white vermouth adds some levity and a subtle sweetness to to the drink, so we think a white negroni might just be the alternative you've been looking for. Our catnip infused gin adds an extra layer of depth with its herbal flavours and gentle citrus aroma - it really is the perfect gin for an alternative negroni.

Do you know how the White Negroni came to be? It was invented in 2001 by British bartender Wayne Collins at VinExpo, a beverage trade show in Bordeaux, France. He wanted to create a Negroni riff that featured gin but not Campari or sweet vermouth
